The Impact of Organizational Justice, Compensation Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Relationships on Team Performance at PT Permata Indah Rubaru

Abstract





This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice, salary satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships on team performance at PT. Permata Indah Rubaru in Sumenep Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample consisted of 170 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on team performance, with salary satisfaction emerging as the most dominant factor. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.674 indicates that 67.4% of the variation in team performance is explained by organizational justice, salary satisfaction, and interpersonal relationships, while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight the importance of implementing organizational justice, providing fair compensation, and fostering harmonious interpersonal relationships to enhance team effectiveness and productivity within the company.
